Try to stay away from salty foods, as salt is known for absorbing water. Only consume products that are either low or free of salt contents, as your body will hold less water and give you a leaner body frame when it does not have all that salt in it

You can reduce you stomach fat by doing some natural exercises like yoga is very beneficial for us.yoga has power to burn our stomach fat,So i think you should try it.
